Terms of Use — Effective January 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DRIPSCAN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DRIPSCAN is an AI-powered outfit rating application. You take or upload a photo of your outfit and the App provides an AI-generated score and feedback. Scores are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Free Scans and Subscriptions

• New users receive a limited number of free scans.
• After free scans are used, a subscription is required for continued access.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Weekly: $5.99 per week.
• Monthly: $14.99 per month.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of any photos you submit to the App.
• Photos are sent to our server solely for AI analysis and are not stored after processing.
• You agree not to submit photos containing illegal content, content involving minors, or content you do not have the right to share.

7. AI Scores Disclaimer

DRIPSCAN scores are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment purposes only. Scores do not represent professional fashion advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, consistency, or objectivity of scores. Do not rely on DRIPSCAN scores for any professional, commercial, or consequential decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Circumvent subscription requirements or free scan limits
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or overload our servers

9. Intellectual Property

The DRIPSCAN name, logo, design, and all app content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share your score screenshots but may not use our branding for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or AI-generated content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
